Rainbow Ohio Star Quilt
It's done! Finishing a many-months in progress quilt seems like a great way to end the year. I started this scrappy rainbow quilt for my older daughter back in February, and it was only my second quilt project ever. When I designed it, I had no idea how long it would take me to piece all those stars! It turned out to be as beautiful & special as the girl it was made for...
The quilt back is a vintage flannel that came from the fabric stash of my husband's grandmother. My daughter always had a special connection with her great-grandmother, so this sweet little deer print makes for an extra-special backing for her quilt.
